2b: Technology-enhanced learning experiences & diverse needs

Coach teachers in and model design and implementation of technology-enhanced learning experiences using a variety of research-based, learner-centered instructional strategies and assessment tools to address the diverse needs and interests of all students

Participating in peer-coaching taught me a lot about how to model, design, and implement technology-enhanced learning experiences when collaborating with other educators.  I got the opportunity to do this and the document below highlights the method I used from research-based and learner-centered instructional strategies. This included a focus on student voice/choice and assessments that made sense for the diverse needs of the students. I coached a colleagued by using the framework of our curriculum as a guide but dug deeper by implementing technology in a way that enhances the experience for all students and the variety of needs they come to school with.
